    My truck was at the dealership for around 50 days waiting for a part. I understand that COVID has caused issues in the supply chain and don’t fault Lochmandy for that. My issue is with Norm the manager and why my engine needed to be taken apart to get a part number for a 2017 vehicle. When I was told my truck was not drivable and the part was not available, I came in to retrieve a couple of items from my truck. Bruce my advisor introduced me to Norm. He didn’t stand up and barely looked up from his computer while talking. He was rude and unprofessional. Not one apology or clear explanation on what was going on. Just told me that it would be days, weeks or months. He didn’t know. On the other hand, Bruce was very professional and helped answer any questions I had. I’m sure he regretted introducing me to Norm. Lastly, I’m disappointed that there was no record of what injector my truck needed. It’s a 2017. If there was a chance the part may take awhile.. why open everything up to begin with. If anyone would like to discuss further, please free to call me anytime. 317-418-3287.
