I have been buying vehicle for a very long time and this has been without a doubt the easiest purchase I have ever made! Anthony made it it so stress free it was great. If you are looking for a vehicle do yourself a favor and at least come talk to these people.

I purchased my GMC Terrain Denali through Kirk Beer at Lochmandy in Elkhart. My husband and I were extremely impressed by his friendliness and willingness to discuss our purchase thoroughly without any pressure. To have a 3% charge for using a bank card on a job that is well over $1k is absurd. I can see for smaller amounts, but it didn’t cost you over $37 to take money out of my bank account via debit card. You made money off of a service that isn’t even your proprietary service.

I have dealt with Lochmandy for quite sometime and have been pleased with dealing with them.

I was charged for a tire rotation that was supposed to be included in my initial service visit on my 2023 Envision. This was listed as an included service on the app/website and the service writer refused to acknowledge this and charged me. If this is how you treat patrons I will be going elsewhere from now on.

They were very professional and accommodating , but the service took longer than they said it would take.
